Geraldine O’Riordan

Gerry has over 14 years’ experience in market research and an MA in Social Anthropology (HONS) from Edinburgh University and has worked for Kantar TNS in Edinburgh from 2013 until recently. She has worked for a variety of companies including Spinach, Hall and Partners and Ipsos-Mori specialising in brand strategy and communications research for clients such as Playstation, Nescafe and British Airways. Gerry has extensive experience designing and running creative workshops for communications development and insight positioning.

Gerry has worked extensively on Scottish Government Smarter projects for Play Talk Read and Read Write Count and has conducted in-depth research with parents and carers on parenting and child development. She has carried out insight gathering for both policy and marketing teams and has worked to evaluate subsequent campaigns amongst target audiences.

She has also facilitated strategy workshops for clients such as BBC Scotland and Scottish Water.
